‘Getting to Know You’ This face-to-face meeting is free of charge and its purpose is for me to introduce myself and answer any questions you may have. It allows each of us to decide if we will be comfortable working together and I’ll also ask you to tell me a little about your background and the issues you would like to address. This meeting would last for a maximum of one hour and should result in an agreement to coach with a coaching schedule confirmed. You should assume that a minimum of 8 Coaching sessions will be required in order to achieve lasting results. To help you spread the cost, these 8 sessions are divided into two packages as follows: ‘Inspire’ Coaching Package Consists of 5 face-to-face coaching sessions totalling a minimum of 10 hrs face-to face coaching. The intention is that by the end of the five sessions you will understand how to tap into the secrets of motivation, you'll know how to minimise negative influences in your day-to-day life and you will understand your Core Values and how to live your life in harmony with these. You will also have identified the key elements of your Ideal Life. A reasonable level of additional phone and email support is included. This package must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of the coaching. Cost - £745 ‘Motivate’ Coaching Package Designed to follow on from Inspire and continuing the coaching process as well as offering additional help and guidance, you will gain a clearer understanding of your Ideal Life and most importantly, will develop your personalised Action Plan which will motivate and inspire you to work towards and reach your Primary Goal(s). Consisting of a further 3 face-to-face sessions (total 6 hrs min. coaching) together with a reasonable amount of phone and email support, this package represents excellent value and ensures positive results. You can opt for as many Motivate packages as you wish but each set of three must be paid for prior to the first session. Cost - £435 Having completed this package and If you prefer to continue being supported as you then go on to work through your Action Plan or if you feel that you would like to address other issues having completed your initial 8 sessions, you can purchase a further Motivate package which will be adapted to suit your requirements. Alternatively, you may like to consider one of the membership packages detailed below. ‘One Step at a Time’ Sessions Once you've completed the Inspire programme and at least one Motivate package, you can opt to book further sessions one at a time. Each face-to-face session will last at least 90 minutes. Payment must be received in advance. Cost - £165 Live Life Refreshed Memberships You are invited to become a member of Live Life Refreshed. Two levels of Membership are available for clients who have completed the Inspire programme and at least one Motivate package or three One Step at a Time sessions and are keen to have regular ‘top-ups’ to help them stay motivated and review progress. Memberships last for 12 months and are paid for monthly in advance, by standing order. ‘Confidence’ Over the course of your 12-month membership, you will be entitled to a further 5 face-to-face coaching sessions and up to 3 hours telephone and/or email support. Cost - £60 per month ‘Success’ Over the course of the 12 month membership of this package, you will be entitled to a further 3 face to face coaching sessions and up to 2 hours phone and/or email support.
